He’s the progenitor of the House of Vermandois.

Hugh Magnus, Count of Vermandois, better known as the Great Crusader, was the first of the great leaders to reach the Holy Land in 1096.
He was the second son of King Henry. He died in the city of Tarsus in 1102.
